This is how we save South Africa
We know there are a lot of events you could choose to be at on Saturday 11 November 2017, but we're hoping you'll choose ours for a number of reasons. You see, when you buy a CAFB ticket, you're not buying a ticket which plants more money in the bank accounts of the rich and famous: you're helping us save South Africa. This simple chart explains how:
The first step is to buy your ticket. You can do this easily by debit card, credit card or through wire transfer (EFT) via our CAFB website. Safe and secure payments mean quick, easy and painless transactions. Another option available to you is the trusted ticket retailer: Quicket. Click here to head over to the event profile and grab your tickets there if you prefer their portal.
Each ticket you purchase proves that you are doing your bit to encourage our youth to make better choices. A number of our Angels live in areas overwhelmed by gang activity and substance abuse, substance peddling and many other crimes. Their active choice to participate in our programme as model trainees and fashion designers is worth every cent you spend, and makes sure that we, as a community, encourage more positive decision-making like this. Knowing that they will see you in the crowd, ready to cheer them on, means they're making the right choice.

Beyond supporting our young Angels, and giving them reassurance that they are on the right track to a better and brighter future, your ticket purchase adds to your support for local businesses. CAFB itself is a nucleus among several proudly South African organisations, like Perana Set Design and Steve Miller Photography. If we, as South African citizens and residents, make a conscientious choice about where we spend our money, we can regain strength in our own economy and lift ourselves higher than ever.
The best part about this is that you will get to interact with many of the business owners and managers directly if you arrive a bit earlier, and consider staying a while once the programme ends. There is such an abundance of talent in our country, and your ticket is your gateway to learning about how you can benefit from the products and services our fellow citizens have to offer.
Your ticket purchase also means that we're receiving enough support to go out and create a ripple effect of warm fuzzy feelings in our community. With projects like those we run over Mandela Day and Women's Day every year, we get to channel your commitment to even more communities in need. The saying 'a little goes a long way' could never be more true.
And what would an event be without the chance to win yourself and your loved ones some fantastic prizes?! For years, we've been giving away phenomenal prizes, especially when we are lucky enough to work with our Angel network members. Guests have walked away with hampers, spa vouchers and even fabulous getaways to pristine South African destinations. Keep an eye on our official event page to learn about this year's giveaways, and make sure you bring friends and family along who can share their prizes with you if they win too!
